I first met Simon at the Detox retreat. My experience with Simon, has been nothing short of extraordinary.  I feel like after 40+++ years I have awaken.

 

I was hitting the wall both physically and mentally.  Flying on all cylinders, trying to balance my kids, my company, my husband, my friends, my staff, my physical fitness, my kids well being, my kids home life, school life,  my clients… the list just kept on going.  Writing all of this down is even making me tired. My first session with Simon was so overwhelming.  I did not even realise how tired, frustrated and angry I was.

 

After several sessions working Simon and I was shocked. Where is the stress? Where are my migraines? The environment around me had not changed.  What is going on?  Then it hit me.  I am in a different place- mentally, spiritual and emotionally.    Then when all was going well,  I slip my disk.  Same spot I did before 4 years ago. The pain was horrible.   I thought I was out for 3 months like the before.  I could not walk and was in bed rest.  Normally I am popping pills like mad but this time only two days. Normally I am in bed rest for 3 week with 3 month of full on physio, chiro etc you name it. Not this time.  I was mobile at 2 weeks- walking, swimming and pilates.  I never thought in a million years I would be using Reiki to heal my back nor help me deal with life stress but here I am.  I AM a believer and now Rieki Practitioner.  Thank you Simon!
